Bending of metal is a production process during which the required shape and form is given to the desired metal workpiece without welding or other additional reinforcement.

Bending of flat metal sheets.

For sheet metal bending, the Metal Design company uses a high-quality, ultra-precise machine with a bending force of 150 tons from JFY, a subsidiary of the leading German company Trumpf.
The maximum length of the bend is up to 3.1 meters, and the maximum thickness is up to 6 mm.

Pipe Bending

Bending of pipes is a production process, as a result of which pipes are given a certain radius shape for subsequent use for various purposes.
The Metal Design company uses high-quality Italian machines for these purposes, guaranteeing the necessary quality as much as possible.

The maximum length of the bend is not limited, the minimum radius is 500 mm. Bending of metal pipes of both rectangular and round sections is possible.
